The Petitioner's bank account bearing no. 919020040627927 with Axis Bank (Respondent No.2) has been subject to a debit freeze following directions from the Special Cell of the Delhi Police (Respondent No.1) in relation to Case FIR No. 18/2024.

In terms of order dated 14th August 2024, the Petitioner has provided the requisite documents to the Investigating Officer. The Petitioner - M/S DM Manjunath And Sons, is neither an accused in the aforenoted FIR nor has any chargesheet been filed against the said entity. settled the matter. This is apparent from the order dated 14th May, 2024, passed in bail application no. 631/2024 in FIR No. 18/2024, which is handed over across the board and taken on record.

In light of the above, the Court finds no reason for the continuation of the freeze on the Petitioner's bank account.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to Respondent No.2 to de-freeze the Petitioner's account bearing no. 919020040627927 with Axis Bank at branch located at Sri Marulasiddeswara Complex, Shimoga Chitradurga Road, Channagiri, Davangere District, Karnataka - 577213.
