Through the present Petition, filed in the year 2024, the Petitioner prays for grant of No Objection Certificate ('NOC') for joining the post of Instructor through Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission ('UPSSSC').

The Respondents claim that the Petitioner never applied for the NOC through proper channel. Learned counsel representing the Respondents has also informed the Court that during the pendency of the present Petition, the Petitioner has resigned and has already joined the new post.

Keeping in view the aforesaid development, the present Petition is disposed of, while directing the Respondents to consider the Petitioner's request for grant of NOC by treating the present Petition as his representation.
