Learned counsels for the parties submit that the parties have been able to reach an out of Court amicable settlement, vide Settlement Agreement dated 11.09.2025, arrived at, before Samadhan Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. Copy of the Settlement Agreement is filed and taken on record.

Learned counsels for the parties submit in terms of the Settlement Agreement, the first party/the petitioner/Rakesh Press have agreed to pay a total sum of Rs.18,50,000/-, as full and final settlement, towards all the claims of the second party/the respondent/Vijay Kumar Jha. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submits that the respondent has received the entire amount, and has taken further steps in terms of the Settlement Agreement. The parties are made bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of, alongwith the pending application.
