The above said application has been filed by petitioner seeking permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to pursue their grievance regarding levy of penal charges and adjustment of the Debt Service Reserve Account (DSRA) with the respondent Bank i.e. Indian Overseas Bank.

Simultaneously, liberty has also been sought to approach the Court again in case of any fresh cause of action.

Keeping in mind the averments made in the above said application, the writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn. Liberty, as prayed, is granted. 4.

All the rights and contentions of the parties are reserved. 5.

The next date stands cancelled.
