Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties for some time. 2.
Learned counsel appearing for the Monitoring Committee submits that if the grievance of the petitioner is put forth before the said Committee, it can be dealt with in accordance with law.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Corporation also takes the same position and submits that the basement in question stood sealed as The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. per the directions passed by the Monitoring Committee and unless the Monitoring Committee passes the directions for de-sealing or alteration or modification to allow the respondent-Corporation to clean the property, the same cannot be done.

In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, seeks liberty to approach the Monitoring Committee.

Let the same be done.

Let the Monitoring Committee deal with the petitioner's grievance with due expedition.

All rights and contentions are left open.
8.
The petition stands disposed of.
9.
The respondent-Corporation is directed to fully cooperate with the Monitoring Committee's directions.
