The instant petition is for the following reliefs: "i) issue a writ of Certiorari or writ in the nature of certiorari quashing and setting aside the Look Out Circular issued against the Petitioner by Respondent no. 1/Ministry of Home Affairs at the instance of Respondent no. 2/Directorate of Enforcement.

ii) pass any such other orders as it may deem fit to this Hon'ble Court in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Mr. Anupam S Sharrma, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submits that on the request of Directorate vide email dated 04.05.2026, Bureau of Immigration vide email dated 13.05.2026 has confirmed the deletion of the Look Out Circular against the petitioner.
