The petitioner has approached this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India assailing the orders dated 17.06.2019, 18.11.2019 and 02.06.2020 passed by the respondents.

In the light of this objection taken by the respondents, learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, submits that instead of pressing the present petition before this Court, the petitioner will approach the appropriate Court having the necessary territorial jurisdiction with reference to the impugned orders.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to seek legal recourse before the Court having the necessary territorial jurisdiction.
