This writ petition has been preferred on behalf of the Petitioner seeking the following reliefs:

"(a) pass a writ / order / direction in the nature of mandamus whereby the respondent No.2 and 3 be directed to correct the Khatoni of the year 200304 by removing the entry recorded in Roznamcha at Sl. No.320 dated 31.3.2003 with respect to Khasra No.130/2 measuring 4 bigha 01 biswa recorded in the revenue records of village Ibrahimpur, North West Delhi; (b) award cost of proceedings to the humble petitioner." 4.

Mr. Anupam Srivastava, learned Additional Standing Counsel accepts notice on behalf of Respondents No.1 to 3 and submits that the village where the concerned land is located has been urbanized vide Notification dated 16.05.2017 under Section 507(a) of the Delhi Municipal Act, 1957 and therefore, revenue officials have ceased to have any jurisdiction over the land including the jurisdiction to correct the revenue record to delete the entry of the interim order being reflected there albeit the Respondents are conscious of the fact that the permanent injunction suit has been decreed in favour of the Petitioner. This Court finds merit in the contention of learned counsel for the Respondent.

This petition is accordingly disposed of granting liberty to the Petitioner to take recourse to appropriate remedies in law for correction of the entries and in light of the permanent injunction decree dated 15.03.2013 in his favour.
