The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application and states that only one witness i.e. Arjun remains to be examined and for recording of his evidence, the matter has been adjourned to the month of December, 2025. It is further stated that she will move the bail application after the said witness is examined.

However, since petitioner is in judicial custody for the last three years, the learned Trial Court is requested to prepone the date of hearing to any date convenient to it in the month of October, 2025 and the PW-2/Arjun can be examined on the said date. The prosecution is directed to ensure that the witness remains present before the Trial Court on the said date. 3.

Accordingly, the present bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh after the above witness is examined.
