Mr. Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent No. 2, states that pursuant to Order dated 14.08.2024 of this Court, the petitioner has already been granted provisional admission in the respondent No.2 school and is continuing in there as a student. He, on instructions, further undertakes that there will be no interference in the academic career of the petitioner and his admission will be regularized.

The statement of the learned counsel for the respondent No.2 is taken on record and the respondent No.2 is bound by the same. In view of his statement, it seems that the prayers in the petition have been satisfied and the petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. 3.
