Learned counsel for the respondent states that in pursuance to the Division Bench judgment dated 5th July, 2012 in W.P.(C) Nos. 11416/20015 and 6824/2007, an assessment order dated 29th June, 2016 has been passed. He also assures and undertakes to this Court that the demand, if any, shall be raised upon the petitioners within a period of four weeks.

In view of the aforesaid undertaking, the present contempt petition is disposed of as satisfied.
