% 04.09.2024 CRL.M.A. 26616/2024 (seeking modification of the order dated 20.08.2024) in W.P.(CRL)2481/2024 1.

The writ petition filed by the petitioner was disposed of by order dated 20.08.2024 noting the learned Additional Standing Counsel's for the respondent/ authorities assurance that the petition would be treated as a representation and appropriate orders would be passed.

The learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State, at the outset, submits that an appropriate order will be passed within a period of two weeks.

The present application is filed seeking modification of the order dated 20.08.2024 and praying that the respondent be directed to decide the representation in a time bound manner. 4.
