The Petitioner has approached this Court for grant of bail in FIR No.828/2022 dated 26.10.2022 registered at Police Station Narela Industrial Area for offences under Section 304B, 498A IPC. 2.
Material on record reveals that the Petitioner approached this Court by filing a bail application being BAIL APPLN. 2491/2023, which was disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the Petitioner to approach the Trial Court after the evidence of the two material witnesses stands concluded. 3.

It is open for the Petitioner to approach the Trial Court after evidence of the witnesses are recorded which will be in spirit of the Order dated 13.03.2024 passed by this Court in BAIL APPLN. 2491/2023.
