The present application is filed seeking extension of interim bail granted to the applicant by this Court vide order dated 02.08.2024, in BAIL APPLN. 2609/2024.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant's wife has since undergone the spine surgery, however, the extension of interim bail is required to make necessary arrangements for her post surgical care.

Considering the aforesaid contention, the interim bail granted to the applicant vide order dated 02.08.2024 is extended for a period of two weeks, subject to the same conditions. 6.

The applicant is directed to surrender on or before the 15th day from the date, before the concerned Jail Superintendent.
