The present petition has been filed by the Petitioner- Ms. Meenu Shukla, inter alia, seeking possession of the subject flat in the Respondent No. 4 - M/s. Sleuth's Co-operative Group Housing Society Limited (hereinafter, 'Society'). nature of mandamus directing the Respondents and their officials to ensure the physical possession of the flat to the petitioner;

b) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the defendant no-4 to compensate the petitioner for keeping her in on hold for such a long period causing the financial loss and harassment even after the order of the Defendant no-3;" 3.

The background of this matter is that the Petitioner was given membership of the Society being membership no. 175 in April, 2005. 4.

According to the Petitioner, all the demands, etc. were also paid and she also submitted all the relevant documents to the Society. However, the Petitioner's name has not been added as a prospective allottee. 5.

The Petitioner made several representations which were not replied or responded to and therefore, the Petitioner had filed the present petition. 6.

Insofar as the Society's affairs are concerned, an Administrator had been appointed and on 22nd January, 2026, the Administrator was directed to verify the claim of the Petitioner and file an affidavit in respect of the validity of her claim.

An affidavit has now been filed by the Administrator - Mr. Rajinder Babu Shukla to the following effect:

"3. It is respectfully submitted that the answering respondent has verified the genuiness of the membership of the petitioner from the records of the society and as well as the records available in the office of the Registrar of the cooperative society .

4. It is respectfully submitted that while checking the records of the society pertaining to the membership of the petitioner; certain documents i.e. application for membership , affidavit at the time of enrolment, M.C. Resolution, membership register, share certificate, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

share money receipt, details of payment, no dues certificate, residential proof, Form-C, Form-F (verification certificates), Aadhar Card and Pan Card, were found shows that the petitioner was/is member of the society. Copy of the application for membership, affidavit at the time of enrolment, M.S. Resolution, membership register, share certificate, share money receipt, details of payment, no dues certificate, residential proof, Form-C, Form-F (verification certificates), Aadhar Card and Pan Card are annexed hereto as Annexure B.

5. It is worth to mention here that on 11.02.2026, office of the Registrar of Cooperative society has also verified/confirmed the membership of the petitioner. Copy of the check list for verification of documents verified vide dated 11.02.2026 by the office of the Registrar of Cooperative society is annexed hereto as Annexure C."

In terms of the above affidavit, the Petitioner's membership has been verified to be genuine and all the documents are also stated to have been submitted. Accordingly, let the No Objection Certificate be forwarded by the Society in respect of the Petitioner's membership to the Registrar Cooperative Societies (hereinafter, 'RCS'). The RCS shall thereafter recommend the Petitioner's name for allotment of a flat in the Society. The possession of the flat be also handed-over to the Petitioner.

The entire process shall be completed within a period of three months from today.

The petition is disposed of in these terms. All pending applications, if any, are also disposed of.
