The present application is filed seeking transit pre-arrest bail in FIR No. 396/2024, registered at Police Station Karmala, for offences under Sections 420/467/468/471/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('IPC').

Admittedly, the applicant has already filed an application seeking pre-arrest bail in the present FIR before the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Barshi.

The learned counsel for the applicant, at the outset, submits that there has been change in circumstances since the applicant was advised to get MRI of his spine and thereafter advised by his doctor to take bed rest for a period of two weeks. 4.

He seeks liberty to withdraw the present application and file an appropriate application before the concerned Court. 5.

The present application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
