% 07.01.2020 By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks extension of parole on the ground that his wife has undergone throat surgery on 25.12.2019 and she has been advised bed rest for six weeks. One other ground is that mother of the petitioner is a cancer patient and she is also under treatment and there is no one else except the petitioner to look after the two ladies.
State has filed a status report confirming the ailments of the mother and wife of the petitioner, however, it is stated that other relatives are there to look after the petitioner's wife and mother. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances and the medical conditions of the mother and wife of the petitioner, parole of the
petitioner is extended for a period of seven weeks from today on the same terms and conditions as imposed vide order dated 3.12.2019. A copy of the order be sent to Jail Superintendent for compliance.
