O R D E R

% 12.04.2018 Learned APP for the State submits that the State had filed the subject petition seeking cancellation of the anticipatory bail on the ground that the respondent accused was not cooperating. He submits that subsequent to filing of this petition, cooperation was accorded. The investigation has been completed and chargesheet has been filed. Learned APP for the State, under instructions from the Investigating Officer, who is present in Court, submits that the petition has become infructuous.
