The petitioner is seeking initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondents for the wilful and deliberate disobedience of the order dated 06.08.2019, passed by this Court. 4.

Learned counsel for the respondent No.4 and learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and 6 through VC are present on advance notice.

After hearing learned counsels for the parties, this Court finds that there is nothing in the order/directions of this Court dated 06.08.2019, so as to afford filing of the present contempt petition. 6.

It appears that as per the circular dated 10.07.2013, issued by respondent No.2/Department, the liquor vends are mandated to display or put up notice boards, with regard to the liquor brands which are available at the vend, so that the customers could buy liquor of their choice rather than being forced by the staff and/or touts to pay speed money for such sale.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the some brands which are more in demand are kept in the store and the vends only sell brands which are more profitable to them in the competitive market. 8.

The petitioner is unable to substantiate his allegations. He submits that he would do some empirical research after filing RTIs. 9.

For now, the present contempt petition is dismissed. DHARMESH SHARMA, J.
