The present petition is filed seeking directions to the learned Trial Court to expeditiously dispose of the application filed by the petitioner under Section 125(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1971.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent has been delaying the proceedings before the learned Trial Court.

He, however, submits that the petitioner is hopeful that the matter would be taken up on the next date, that is, 25.09.2024, by the learned Trial Court and appropriate orders will be passed. 6.
He seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition to raise all the arguments before the learned Trial Court and approach the High Court in future in case any grievance remains.
