1. The present application has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 16.08.2024, wherein the date of the summoning order was inadvertently mentioned as 27.10.2022 instead of 13.10.2022. This appears to be a typographical error.

2. Hence, the order dated 16.08.2024 be modified accordingly and in the second paragraph, the date of the summoning order be corrected to 13.10.2022 in place of 27.10.2022.

3. The modified order may be uploaded forthwith.
