The present petition under Sections 11/12 of the Contempt of Courts Act seek following prayer:- "It is, therefore, most humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to initiate contempt of court proceedings against the respondents/contemnors for deliberate and intentional disobedience of Judgement dated 01.07.2025 passed in W.P.(C) 13490 of 2024 titled 'Aadriti Pathak Through Her Next Friend And Natural Mother Mrs. Sadhana Sharma versus GD Goenka Public School & Anr' and after giving opportunity of being heard to the respondents/contemnors, they may be punished in accordance with law."
