The present application under Section 151 of the CPC seeks the following prayers: - "In view of above facts and circumstances, it is, therefore, most respectfully and humbly prayed that, the petitioner may kindly be allowed to withdraw the present contempt petition, in the interest of justice.

Pass any other and further relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 3.
