The present petition filed by M/s Silver Service through its sole proprietor Sh. Aditya Loomba assails the order dated 15.05.2019, whereunder its appeal against the order dated 23.09.2016 passed by the Competent Authority under the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 was rejected.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the petition.
