By way of present petition, the petitioner seeks to assail the orders dated 05.07.2024 and 08.07.2024 passed by learned Sessions Court in Criminal Revision No.1985/2024.

A perusal of the paper book would show that the petitioner is the complainant who had preferred an application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. based on which the Magistrate had passed the directions for registration of FIR vide order dated 29.06.2024. The same was challenged by the private respondents and the impugned directions by the Magistrate were directed to be stayed. The matter is pending consideration before the Sessions Court and is now listed on 24.08.2024.

In view of the above, I find no ground to entertain the present petition. Accordingly, the same is dismissed alongwith the pending applications.
