% 14.09.2017 Both the parties as also their counsel submit that the matter stands resolved amicably and that, payments have come to be made to the petitioners in terms of the compromise/settlement arrived at during mediation.
Ld. counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submits that even TDS amount has since been deposited with the IT Department and that the certificate shall also be handed over to the petitioners within seven days. Let it be done. Ld. counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, concedes that but for the TDS, nothing remains to be undertaken by the respondents.
