% 26.02.2016 Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the impugned order was not warranted, given the stage of the proceeding. This Court had required the appearance on behalf of the appellant. It was suggested to learned counsel for the parties that the appellant may be permitted to move the learned Single Judge to agitate its grievance with respect to the disclosure of personal details of its Managing Director (MD) and in his absence, those of other officials and Directors in an appropriate manner, such as restricted disclosure by way of furnishing of details in a sealed cover.

Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to such a request being made to the learned Single Judge. In these circumstances, the appellant is entitled to seek variation of the impugned order through an appropriate application which will be considered according to the submissions of parties and the overall interest of both the MD and other employees of the company. In light of these directions and liberty, the appellant does not wish to press this proceeding. Co.App. 3/2016 is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn along with the pending applications. S.
