O R D E R

Mr. Hemant Singh, Advocate who has been nominated by the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee, was appointed to represent the prosecutrix. He submits that the prosecutrix has not contacted him. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms of the direction of this Court the petitioner has joined investigation, which position is not disputed by the learned APP on instructions from the Investigating Officer, who is present in Court.

The learned APP further submits that the custody of the petitioner is no more required for investigation.

The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the coaccused namely, Anish, Munfed, Arif and Umar have also been granted interim protection. This fact is also not disputed by the learned APP for the State, on instructions from the Investigating Officer who is present in Court. 5.

Accordingly, it is directed that in the event of petitioner's arrest, they be released on bail subject to their furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- each and a surety bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer / Arresting Officer, further subject to the condition that he will join investigation as and when directed by the IO concerned. 6.

The petitions stand disposed of.
