The prayer in this writ petition reads thus:

"a) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or such other Writ as may be expedient, directing the Respondent to stop the Deduction of and payment of Rs. 7,000/- (R.5,000/-+ Rs. 2,000/-) in the name of Ms. Hema Rani and Master Vinayak under SECTION 61 2 (i) OF THE ITBP FORCE ACT 1992; and,"

We note that, despite the aforesaid prayer, Hema Rani and Vinayak, to whom payments are being prayed to be discontinued, have not been made parties. We, accordingly, dismiss this writ petition for non-impleadment of necessary parties with liberty to the W.P.(C) 11061/2025 KUMAR 17:57:01
