% 26.09.2025 CM APPL. 61911/2025 (Seeking withdrawal and release of the deposited amount along with interest by Appellant) 1.

The present Application, under Section 151 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908, has been preferred by the Appellant/Applicant seeking the following relief:

"(i) Direct the Registry to release the amount deposited along with the accrued interest, in terms of the order dated 16.08.2024 and 14.01.2025."

The present appeal filed by the Appellant was allowed vide Judgement dated 09.09.2025.

16.08.2024 and 14.01.2025, certain amounts were directed to be deposited by the Appellant/Applicant. By way of the present Application, the Appellant is seeking the release of the said amounts. 4.

Keeping in view the fact that the Appeal filed by the Appellant has been allowed, the present Application is also allowed, and the Registry is directed to release the amount deposited by the Appellant along with accrued interest.

The Registry is further directed to remit the amount by Bank transfer to the account of the Appellant, details of which will be provided by the learned counsel appearing for the Appellant. 6.

Accordingly, the present Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
