Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instructions, made an innocuous prayer to represent its case before the authority concerned by way of filing a representation along with the copy of contempt petition, its reply as well as the reply to the compliance affidavit before the Managing Director of HSIICD Limited and further prayed for expeditious disposal of the said representation. Mr. Arun Bhardwaj, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has no objection to the innocuous prayer made by the learned senior counsel for the petitioner.

Heard learned senior counsel for the parties and perused the record. 4.
In view of the innocuous prayer made on behalf of the petitioner without pressing the merits of the instant matter as well as no objection made on behalf of the respondents, this Court is inclined to allow the said innocuous prayer.

Therefore, the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation along with a copy of contempt petition, its reply as well as reply to the compliance affidavit and the certified copy of this order to the Managing Director, of HSIICD Limited within two weeks. 6.
Upon receiving the said representation, the Managing Director of HSIICD Limited is directed to give the opportunity of a personal hearing to the petitioner and pass a detailed and reasoned order in accordance with the law expeditiously, i.e., preferably within six weeks. 7.
Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of alongwith the aforesaid directions.
