The petitioner in the present petition seeks the following prayer: "a. Issue appropriate writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order(s) or direction(s) thereby setting aside the decision of the Central Information Commission dated 20.02.2025 and directing Respondent No.1 to 3 (DDA, its concerned PIO and its Appellate Authority/CPIO) to provide the sought for information to the Petitioner; b. Pass such order(s) and further direction(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 4.
During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner confines himself to only seeking the following: (i) The status of the petitioner's application submitted to DDA for conversion of the concerned property from lease hold to free hold. (ii) Whether the DDA has proceeded to convert the property from lease hold to free hold at the behest of any application received from any third party.
