This is a petition under Section 29A(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 ("the 1996 Act") for extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal, who was in seisin of the disputes between the parties.

The mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal is stated to have expired on 31 July 2024.

Learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection to the extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal, as sought. 4.
