This application has been filed by the respondent seeking directions to the Trial Court to expedite the proceedings.

The application has been moved in context of the order dated 07th August 2019 passed in CRL.REV.PET. 219/2014 by this Court, compliance of which is an issue in this contempt petition. 3.

By the said order, it had been directed that an interim maintenance of Rs.1 Lac per month will be given by respondent to petitioner as interim maintenance till the disposal of the petition pending before the Trial Court subject to final orders passed by the Trial Court. 4.

It is, therefore, stated that the matter was nearing closure at the stage of final arguments and the Trial Court, therefore, for the purposes of final determination may conclude the matter expeditiously. 5.

considering that it will benefit both parties to have a conclusive determination by the Trial Court.

As far as this petition is concerned, the payment of Rs. 4 Lakhs, as directed by this Court on 23rd April 2025, stands complied with. 2.

Counsel for the respondent states that there are no arrears in the matter.

Both parties will file their respective affidavits/ statements under the signature of the counsel of computations before the Trial Court in this regard within the next one week; if any amount is found due as arrears, the same will be paid up by the respondent forthwith.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with the abovementioned directions.
