Counsel for the appellant submits that pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 3rd September 2025, staying the directions passed by the Arbitral Tribunal, the Arbitral Tribunal has terminated the proceedings. 2.

Hence, the impugned order dated 14th July, 2025, which is challenged in the present appeal, no longer survives.

Counsel appears for the respondent and affirms the same and submits that the respondent is taking steps for the appointment of a fresh Arbitral Tribunal.

Accordingly, the present petition has become infructuous and is disposed of as such.
