After hearing learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties, the Court is of the opinion that the petitioner can file an application in the pending commercial suit bearing no. CS (COMM) NO. 650 of 2024 before this Court seeking transfer of commercial suit bearing CS (COMM) No.184 of 2019 pending before the Court of District Judge (Commercial Court)-04, South-West, Dwarka, Delhi, and the Court which is already seized with the CS (COMM) NO. 650 of 2024 would be in a better position to appreciate the facts and circumstances involved therein. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, seeks liberty to withdraw the instant petition with further liberty to take necessary steps to move an appropriate application before the coordinate bench of this Court, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
