This petition is filed by the Petitioner under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking appointment of an Arbitrator to constitute Arbitral Tribunal for adjudication of the disputes between the parties.

Learned counsel for the Respondent submits that this petition is not maintainable as this Court lacks the territorial jurisdiction to entertain the petition.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, fairly seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the Court of competent jurisdiction.
