Learned counsel for the Petitioner further submits that in terms of settlement, the Respondent has handed over a cheque of Rs.9 Lacs to the Petitioner.

Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

It is made clear that if the cheque is dishonoured on presentation, the Petitioner will have the liberty to revive this petition.
