The Petitioner seeks directions to Respondent Nos. 1, 4 and 5 to evict Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 from the property bearing No. B-78, New No. B145, Hari Nagar, Part-II, Jaitpur Extn, Delhi-110044. 2.
It is pointed out that these directions are being sought for seeking compliance of final order and judgment dated 19th February, 2024, passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 11401/2021.

By virtue of this judgment, the decision of the Appellate Authority under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 was set aside and the application of the Petitioner under Rule 22 of the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Delhi Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Rules, 2009 seeking eviction of Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 was allowed. 4.
The Petitioner had also made a representation dated 4th March, 2024 before the SHO, PS Jaitpur and the DCP, seeking implementation of the said judgment.

Ms. Akanksha Kaul, counsel for the Petitioner, states that said judgment continues to be in force and there is no stay operating and in fact, as per her knowledge, no challenge has been laid to the said judgment. 6.
In view of the above, in the opinion of the Court, the present writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to Respondent Nos. 1, 4 and 5 to take appropriate steps to comply with the aforenoted judgment dated 19th February, 2024.
