This is an application for anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No. 330/2025 registered at Police Station Rajouri Garden on 04.06.2025 under Sections 318(4)/316(2)/338/336(3)/340(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

There is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner when the matter is taken up for hearing.

Mr. Tarang Srivastava, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, states that, although the petitioner was granted interim protection by an order dated 05.08.2025, the same was vacated by an order dated 10.09.2025. The petitioner was subsequently arrested on 11.09.2025 and granted bail by the Judicial Magistrate, West District, Tis Hazari Courts ["Trial Court"], on 17.11.2025. The Trial Court order is handed up in Court by Mr. Srivastava and is taken on record.

In view of the above, it appears that the petition has become infructuous and is, accordingly, disposed of.
