By virtue of the present application, the applicant seeks grant of regular bail in the case arising out of FIR No.789/2024 dated 18.11.2024 registered at PS: Ranhola under Sections 109(1)/61(2)/190/191(2)/191(3)/ 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nayaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959.
