Learned counsel representing the Petitioner admits that in view of stand taken by the Respondents to the effect that the Petitioner stands debarred from appearing in the recruitment exam for a period of seven years, no relief can be granted to the Petitioner in this Writ Petition, particularly when the Petitioner has already challenged the correctness of the Order debarring him from appearing in the recruitment exam, before the learned Central Administrative Tribunal ('CAT').

Keeping in view aforesaid position, the Writ Petition is disposed of, with observations that if the Petitioner succeeds before learned CAT, he may avail remedy in accordance with law. 3.

Pending applications also stand disposed of.
