After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition at this stage.

Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The petition along with pending application is dismissed as withdrawn.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that since the complaint pertains to the year 2018, the trial may kindly be expedited. It is also informed that on the petitioner's application under Section 311 Cr.P.C, the concerned witness was recalled and examined and it is therefore prayed that the Trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial. 4.
Considering the aforesaid prayer, the Trial Court is requested to make an endeavour to expedite the Trial and conclude the same, preferably within a period of one year from the next date of hearing.
