The present petition under Section 12 read with Section 2(b) of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers:

"a. Initiate the Contempt proceedings against the Respondent/Contemnor for willfully and deliberately disobeying the order dated 27.05.2025 of the Hon'ble Delhi High Court in the case bearing no. W.P.(C) 7478/2025 titled as "Lata Rani and Anr. Vs Sub Divisional Magistrate and Ors." and punish the Respondent/Contemnor as per law in the interest of justice. b.

Pass any other and/or further orders/directions/reliefs which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case in favour of the Petitioner and against of the Respondent/ Contemnor in the paramount interest of the minor daughter and also in the interest of justice." 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition and move an appropriate application in W.P.(C) 7478/2025.
