The present petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers: "a) Initiate Contempt proceedings u/s 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 against the Respondents/alleged Contemnors for the noncompliance and deliberate, willful disobedience of the Order dated 12- 11-2024 passed in CC NI Act No. 4111 of 2021 titled as Kusum Dunglay Vs. M/s. Ninaniya Estates Limited and Anr. pending before the Court of Ms. Nishtha Mehtani, Ld. JM, 1st Class (NI Act), Digital Courts-3, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi; b) Hold the Alleged Contemnors guilty of Contempt of Courts Act and punish them appropriately by passing an Appropriate sentence upon them for such deliberate and willful violation of the Orders of the Court;
c) And pass such further order and orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case in favour of the Petitioner and against the Respondents."
