There is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner when the matter is taken up for hearing.

The reliefs sought in the writ petition are as follows: "a) To allow the instant Writ Petition and direct the Respondent to issue experience-cum-character certificate and no objection certificate to the Petitioner to enable him to apply for the post advertised vide advertisement within 3 days.

c) Any order or further relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit, just and proper in the peculiar circumstance of the case in the interest of justice may also please be awarded."

Mr. Arnab Chanda, learned counsel for the respondents, draws my attention to the order dated 30.08.2024, which records the statement made on behalf the respondents that the experience certificate had already been emailed to the petitioner. The Court further directed that a copy thereof be furnished to learned counsel for the petitioner as well. 4.
