% 15.02.2016 This is a suit for recovery of amount valued at less than Rs.1 crore. Ld. counsel for plaintiff submits that cause of action arose at plaintiff's place which is situated at Siddipura, which falls under the jurisdiction of District Central, Delhi hence seeks transfer of present case to District Central, Delhi.

In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (HQ) (Central), Tis Hazari, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (Central), Tis Hazari, Delhi on 14.07.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
