Petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ("BNSS") has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for quashing of FIR No.0137/2022 under Sections 392/411/34 IPC, registered at PS: Sunlight Colony, Delhi and all proceedings emanating therefrom, in terms of MoU/ Settlement Deed dated 15.07.2025.

Respondent No.2/Complainant is present in the Court and submits that on the date of incident, he started recording video of the Petitioners from his mobile phone, which was objected to by the Petitioners and they snatched his The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

It is submitted that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties in terms of MoU/ Settlement Deed dated 15.07.2025 and Rs.45,000/- have also been paid by the Petitioners to Respondent No.2 today in the Court through DD No.044839 drawn on State Bank of India. 6.

In view of Settlement Deed dated 15.07.2025, the present Petition has been filed.

The parties have endorsed the amicable Settlement and accepted the terms thereof voluntarily and have undertaken to remain bound by the terms of the Settlement.

The parties have submitted that all the disputes have been amicably settled vide Settlement Deed dated 15.07.2025 and thus, no fruitful purpose will be served in continuing with the FIR.

The present Petition has been signed by the Petitioners and is supported by their Affidavits. The parties have reaffirmed the terms of Settlement Deed dated 15.07.2025 and they submit that the said Settlement has been arrived at between the parties, without any pressure and coercion. 10.

The Respondent No. 2 states that he has received full amount of settlement and has no objection if the FIR is quashed. 11.

In view of the above facts that the parties have amicably resolved their differences out of their own free will and without any force, pressure or coercion, no useful purpose will be served in continuing with the proceedings, rather the same would create further acrimony between them. Hence, it would be in the interest of justice to quash the abovementioned FIR and the proceedings pursuant thereto.

Moreover, there is no legal impediment in quashing the aforesaid FIR in question.

Consequently, FIR No.0137/2022 under Sections 392/411/34 IPC, registered at PS: Sunlight Colony, Delhi and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

The Petition along with pending Applications, is disposed of accordingly.
