Application has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 45 days in filing the Review Petition No. 95/2026 for recall of Order dated 04.12.2025. 2.

The record shows that vide Order dated 04.12.2025, the Writ Petition filed on behalf of the Petitioner for quashing of FIR No. 0189/2012 had been dismissed.

There is no provision under the criminal law, which permits review of any Order.

The Application is, therefore, dismissed and consequently the Review Petition also stands dismissed.

The Petitioner is at liberty to follow the appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
