Writ Petition under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for quashing the FIR No. 255/2024 dated 30.04.2024 under Section 408 of the IPC registered at Police Station Govind Puri, South East, Delhi and also for setting aside the Order dated 21.06.2024 vide which the Proclamation under Section 82 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, has been issued against the Petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he is not pressing his relief for quashing of FIR. However, after the Order dated 21.06.2024, the Petitioner has been declared an offender vide subsequent Order dated 28.08.2024. He is at liberty to challenge the said Order, in accordance with law.

The Petition is disposed of accordingly. Pending Applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
